Review DMA 2014

At the DMA 2014 we met many important USA partners where we discussed further project associations. Some strong companies in the USA have international potential and Deutsche Post Adress wants to be the partner to explore those opportunities. We had the chance to organize meetings with existing and future customers, helping us to understand their current situation. We are now closer to the right contacts and to develop personalized solutions.

The industry seems to be oriented on mobile applications, videos, transaction platforms, etc. The general trend is to focus again on direct marketing combining it with mobile and digital channels to create an impact and drive efficient campaigns. Even online-pure players like Amazon and eBay started in 2014 to engage in direct mail. Direct marketing definitely stays on the radar to contact customers.

We came back to Munich with ideas, more contacts and ready to start new projects.
